We Were Not Created To Be Silent
Books have the power to inspire us to speak up, love our own stories, and live with courage. Books can inspire us to live loudly, and dream daringly.
As an author, that is my goal for my readers.
To give them young adult contemporary stories that remind them that THEIR stories matter. To write romances that provide hope and a love for beauty. To craft relatable, authentic characters that point to a dream where the world is a little bit less lonely.
Dreaming
My life and my stories will always showcase a chasing after dreams, no matter how broken or scared we may be. We cannot accomplish what we don’t dream about. We can never fail nor succeed if we do not dream. Dreaming is what life was made for.
Living
We have been given such a fraction of time on earth, and it was not made for waiting in the shadows. Life, no matter its fragility and pain, was made to be lived to its fullest. My greatest dream is that my stories may inspire young women to live life a little more vivaciously, looking for the beauty even in its brokenness.
Belonging
I always want my stories and my life to be real and relatable. Young women can often feel so alone because it is scary to be real about your own struggles, your own failings, your own pitfalls. I want to give readers a place to feel known and like they belong.
My Mission
I'm an author with the mission to inspire young women like me to have courage, use their voices, and know that their unique stories and lives have importance and value. Just like they do.
We were not created to be silent but bold. We are not alone or weak. And books inspire us to chase our dreams again.
My goal is to put in front of young women the books they want to see themselves in, be inspired by, and through these books be given the courage to keep fighting.

Voices of the Future: Vol. 6 Stories of Whimsy and Warriors
My First Story!
Dreamscape, a short story about a young painter fighting to hold onto her dreams and her childhood, even when the whole world is telling her she's too grown up, is out now!
We don't ever have to old for fairytales, and we never have to grow out of our dreams.
